Visitors to Canada Insurance covered Khalil’s $28,000 bill for 2 separate medical emergencies

Travelling to Canada for the first time, 48-year-old Khalil took a few months off to visit his son, Zain, who was completing his post-graduate degree in Victoria. Khalil began experiencing urinary incontinence and went to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a blood infection caused by E. coli. The infection also led to complications with his diabetes, so doctors admitted him for 8 days before releasing him in stable condition.
