As of today, Canada Post has given a 72-hour strike notice. To prevent delays when sending or receiving cheques or documents, we recommend using myTuGo to submit claims, upload necessary documents, and keep track of your claim’s process.

Online doctor visits—anytime, anywhere in Canada!
Skip the walk-in clinic with Maple. This app allows you to connect directly with Canadian-licensed doctors in minutes—from your smartphone, tablet or computer. These doctors can safely and accurately diagnose and treat common medical issues without a hands-on examination.
Visit getmaple.ca/tugo and enter your TuGo policy details to create your account. Once you’re set up, connect using the Maple app via text, audio or video chat. Doctors are available 24/7/365 including weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Within minutes on Maple, you’ll be matched with a doctor who you can talk to about your symptoms. They can diagnose common medical issues and prescribe treatments. Click “Get care” and select your symptoms from the list to get started.
If the doctor prescribes medication, the prescription can be sent to a pharmacy near you for pick up or delivered to your door free of charge. If you receive a lab requisition, it should be printed and taken to a lab or imaging centre near you. See Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
TuGo has partnered with Maple, a technology platform providing timely and convenient access to Canadian-licensed General Practitioners. Maple allows patients to connect directly with doctors and specialists for medical care in minutes from their smartphone, tablet or computer.
