- Activation: Each person insured under an eligible TuGo policy will receive a unique code to activate their eSIM.
- Device Management: TuGo shall not be held liable for any incompatibility issues between your mobile device and the eSIM.

How to Use MySIM
- To find your MySIM voucher code, login to myTuGo and select “Travel Perks” from the menu on the left-hand side. From there, click “Learn More” under MySIM.
- Once on the MySIM page, click “Claim eSIM”. Copy or email the voucher code you’d like to use.
- Install the free aloSIM app and tap ‘Rewards’.
- To redeem your voucher code, copy the code into the app.
- Choose the free data plan and complete your free checkout.
