Headquartered in BC, with almost 200 employees in offices across Canada, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Richmond, BC team!

What you'll do

Summary

You play a key supporting role in executing strategic design and branding initiatives for TuGo. You work closely with the Creative Director to expertly execute print and digital design needs and look for ways through design to enhance our customers’ experiences with us.

  • Delivers print and digital creative that reflects TuGo’s brand, including print collateral, multi-page PDFs, web and social media assets, email templates and more.
  • Ensures that required deliverables are properly executed upon and delivered on-time and on-budget.
  • Maintains effective and efficient electronic file management.
  • Liaises with suppliers to request estimates and ensure timely delivery.
  • Achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and all other teams.
  • Responsively and effectively handle issues.
  • Look for ways to improve customer experience.
  • Promote and model TuGo culture, values, and brand promise.
  • Continuously build professional and technical expertise.
  • Other duties as required.

What you'll bring

  • Graphic design certificate or degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint)
  • Experience with Unbounce is an asset
  • Digital and web design experience with an understanding of UX, UI design
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and web programming
  • Strong team player and positive contributor
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional achievement
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong team player and positive contributor
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to learn applications quickly
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Able to consistently live our values of valued, effective and trusted
  • A strong customer experience focus
